The hand picked fruit was matured for 11 months in seasoned French oak. The wine is a deep crimson, with a clear well defined rim. The quite lifted nose shows black cherry, aniseed and plum. The full bodied palate exhibits black cherry and licorice. Soft but complex tannins reflect vanilla and some spicy aniseed. The wine shows great length and a clean finish.
Bottled under Stelvin Lux.
