The 2019 vintage was one of the latest start and coolest over the previous decade. 

The hand-picked and hand-sorted grapes comprise 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot and 3% Malbec.

A mid to dark mulberry colour with crimson hues.

The nose exhibits a perfume of bay leaf, blueberries, dried sage, earth and dark chocolate.

This wine is medium-bodied and elegantly sculptured with fresh acidity, rolling tannins and flavours of raspberries and blueberries, with a twinge of herbs on the finish.

A wine that will cellar well for up to 15 years from bottling.
